The Cow Creek Tribal Health & Wellness Clinic is seeking a LCSW to join our Clinic team.
The Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) works to provide a variety of mental health services including the development and implementation of a patient care/treatment plan through use of diagnosis and clinical assessment of psychiatric, chemical dependency and psychosocial needs as they relate to medical and behavioral care needs.
The LCSW provides a variety of therapeutic interventions including but not limited to disposition and discharge planning, risk assessment, case management, psychotherapy, structured therapeutic activities, group therapy and coordination of services for outpatient treatment to adults, youth and families.
Master’s degree in clinical social work required.
3 years clinical experience preferred.
License as Clinical Social Worker
Certified Alcohol & Drug Counselor Certification (preferred)
