We are looking for an enthusiastic, highly-skilled, mental health professional to work as part of an innovative, truly interdisciplinary, residential treatment and research program. This opportunity includes the ability to work with nationally prominent experts while helping high functioning individuals learn to effectively manage chronic pain without medication. The groundbreaking restorative approach includes the highest quality, evidence-based interventions in the areas of physical, dietary, neuropsychological and social/emotional intervention, while charting a revolutionary course for pain research and treatment.
The position requires both direct contact (therapeutic intervention) with participants as well as daily supportive services; supervision of other master and bachelor-level practitioners; and assistance with developing additional program components. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to implement formal and informal interventions; exhibit strong leadership skills; possess exemplary communication and problem-solving skills; and work well within an interdisciplinary team environment. The position has a high level of responsibility and can allow for a non-traditional work schedule (for example, 4 days on 4 days off) for the ideal candidate to enjoy all the area has to offer. Licensure as LCSW or LCPC and eligible for licensure in Montana is required. In addition, key requirements include: minimum of 3-5 years experience working directly with clients; experience supervising clinical staff and working as an inspiring and supportive team member; and proven ability to develop and implement programs. Background in pain management, mindfulness, and/or CBT helpful.
