Directs management and operations of Community Services/Outreach, including community education and health services, Family Care Unit, and School Based Health Centers. Collaborates on community health need assessments, planning, implementation, and evaluation of community programs, which provides health services to all ages of populations. Demonstrates ability in leading, organizing of projects; serves as educational resource. This position requires the full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the Mission of CHRISTUS St. Frances Cabrini Hospital. It is expected that the associate demonstrate behavior consistent with the Core Values
Graduate of a Master's program preferred (Educational, Public Health or Nursing Degree)
Two-years in a management/leadership role.
Program planning experience preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
