This position involves a variety of responsibilities. Foremost, you will be expected to conduct individual and family therapy as well as group therapy. However, you will also be asked to lead a treatment team consisting of other Monarch faculty and carry a caseload of 8-10 students.

Every candidate should possess a Master’s Degree or Doctorate in a mental health discipline. Also this individual will need to be licensed or licensed eligible in the state of Montana. Ideally, this person will have more than 4 years’ experience working with adolescents and/or families. Additionally, it is preferred if the applicant has a background in residential treatment.
