Abrazo Scottsdale Campus (located at AZ-51 and Bell Road in Phoenix) is a 136-bed full-service acute care community-based hospital which has provided excellent comprehensive medical care to patients in the northeastern region of metro Phoenix for more than 30 years. Abrazo Scottsdale Campus provides specialized services such as an accredited chest pain center, wound care and hyperbaric (high pressure) medicine, advanced orthopedics featuring navigational technology and sports medicine, expanded rehabilitation services, enhanced diagnostic imaging, and dedicated womenâ��s programs.
Summary Plans and modifies treatment programs. Works with neonatal through geriatric patients with clinical competency, as applicable. Completes established competencies for the position within designated introductory period. Other related duties as assigned. Responsibilities
Interprets physician orders and requests interpretation as necessary.
Administers and interprets tests and measurements of patients.
Reviews patient charts and progress prior to treatment and modifies treatment plan accordingly.
Develops functional goals based on patient and/or family expectations.
Develop, improve or restore skills in activities of daily living, work or productive activities.
Responsible for the administration, interpretation and evaluation of tests and measurements.
Required: Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy
