The Regional Operations Director works in partnership with Corporate Care Senior Leadership as the liaison to each Corporate Care location ensuring the department's managerial and operational functions reflect appropriate department standards while maximizing effectiveness. Additionally, this position is the primary liaison with each affiliate leadership team and local departments. This position has operational oversight of all Corporate Care locations including but not limited to employee performance management, process improvement, ensuring compliance standards and performing routine audits to ensure productivity standards.
