Physical Therapist Per Diem Days

Position Summary:

Responsible for evaluation and treatment of inpatients and outpatients upon referral from a

physician. The PT develops a plan of care for each patient referred and is responsible for its implementation and modification as necessary in accordance with the hospital�s policies and procedures relative to care and treatment of patients.

Education:

Minimum:

• Experience and education must be any combination recognized by the state of Florida for license as a Physical Therapist

Preferred:

• Masters in Physical Therapy, Bachelor in Physical Therapy or Doctorate in Physical Therapy

Experience:

Preferred:

• One year experience in an acute care hospital as a Physical Therapist

Other Qualifications:

• Current Florida Physical Therapist License

• Current CPR card Required Certifications: BLS
