Outpatient therapist: clinical competency in the treatment of a variety of issues including depression, anxiety and life adjustments. Experience with adolescents and couples is helpful but not required.

Minimum Education and Experience:
Master’s degree in a clinical discipline (i.e., clinical or counseling psychology, clinical social work, marriage and family therapy, counseling).
Experience is preferred but not essential.
Minimum Licensure Requirements:
Licensed as a LISW, LMSW, LMFT or other independent license.
Pre-licensed applicants with an tLMHC, LMSW or tLMFT will be considered.

Keys to Living Counseling Center is a private nonprofit founded in 1980 to provide professional counseling services from a Christian perspective. KTL has offices in Cedar Rapids and Iowa City and is staffed by 10 licensed therapists.

KTL is an established and unique resource to eastern Iowa. Our clientele come primarily from the church community of eastern Iowa. Though we specialize in providing professional services to those of the Christian faith, we offer counseling and therapy with the same care, respect and professionalism to anyone who seeks our services.
Referrals come from attorneys, psychiatrists, physicians, pastors and other professionals as well as former clients.
