The Collaborative Addiction Recovery Services (CARS) at the at the Providence VAMC is an outpatient clinic within the Mental Health & Behavioral Sciences Services Department. The CARS Social Worker provides clinical care to Veterans, presenting with chemical and behavioral addictive disorders, and dual diagnosis. This Social Work position is at the Providence, RI location. This position is a part-time at 20 per week. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
