This Social Worker position will be assigned to the Caregiver Support Program (CSP) located in Fayetteville, Arkansas. Incumbent will work closely with Caregiver Support Program Leadership and/or designee to complete Veteran intake assessments, required home visits, telephone contact, assessments, annual evaluations, and respond to Caregiver Hotline calls. Incumbent will provide consultation on the administrative and clinical considerations of the CSP.
