Senior Social Worker (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy)
The Dialectical Behavioral Therapy program (DBT) is a multidisciplinary team dedicated to the evaluation and treatment of Veterans with Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD) and other mental health conditions. The DBT social worker will work primarily as part of clinical team within the Specialty Mental Health Program and is responsible for providing clinical services to eligible Veterans who are likely to respond to DBT. Basic Requirements: United States Citizenship: Non-citizens may only be appointed when it is not possible to recruit qualified citizens in accordance with VA Policy. Education. Have a master's degree in social work from a school of social work fully accredited by the Council on Social Work Education (CSWE). Graduates of schools of social work that are in candidacy status
