ITFC Therapists at LifeStance Health, formerly Family Innovations, Inc. will:Maintain timely and accurate clinical charting using the Electronic Health Record (HER) on a daily basisUpdate and maintain client files as required and necessary per specified guidelinesSecure all client information per HIPPA standardsComplete accurate case notes for each billable unitPrepare written reports and state mandated documents per LifeStance Health, formerly Family Innovations expectations and requirements for state certificationManage a caseload that consistently meets the necessary billable time weeklyParticipate in meetings as required/necessary with internal and external customers and partnersTherapis
