JOB SUMMARY:Responsible for assessment, development and implementation of an intervention plan for persons with chemical dependency. Coordinates referrals to community resources and provides consultation to treatment team. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Education/Specialized Training/Licensure:B.A. in Behavioral Sciences.Work Experience (Years and Area):Five (5) years experience as an LCDC.
