JOB SUMMARYThe Chaplain Resident 2 provides compassionate spiritual and emotional support for all Baylor Scott & White Health patients, family members and staff, regardless of faith background or religious affiliation as part of a holistic, multidisciplinary team approach. Serves in a residency program of one (1) year duration in accordance with the Clinical Pastoral Education Program accredited by ACPE: The Standard for Spiritual Care and Education and Baylor Scott & White Health policies and procedures.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE ROLEFulfills CPE requirements; continues professional development of behavior-based competencies in the delivery of spritual care services.Provides competent leadership to Chaplain Interns and Chaplain Residen
