We are seeking a highly engaged SLP to join our department and provide therapy to patients in the acute care setting. Our ideal candidate is internally motivated, prioritizes caseloads efficiently, communicates easily with other members of the healthcare team and considers themselves a lifelong learner. Within the acute setting, there are opportunities to work on areas of interest and provide education both within and outside of the department. For new grads or candidates transitioning into acute care we offer a robust mentor program designed to acclimate you into the hospital setting. Leaders in this department value the boundaries of the work day and will work with the right candidate to achieve a work/life balance. Because this is an acute care position, there is a weekend requirement, so we work with you to create a schedule that best meet both your needs and those of the department. Evening and weekend differentials are provided.
