The PIH Health Talent Sourcer role will drive the daily execution and strategy of sourcing talent for PIH. This role will be critical to the success of identifying the talent needed to meet PIH Health’s hiring needs. The Talent Sourcer will be support recruiting efforts by partnering with our Talent Acquisition team to understand open roles, identify and screen passive candidates.
- Partner with the recruiting team to understand open roles, priorities, and processes
- Executes initial screening and assessing of candidates; identifies and gathers information (e.g., ability to hire, relocation, compensation) to qualify talent pool
- Improve pipelines through multiple sourcing channels (LinkedIn, boolean searches, healthcare associations & groups, and other creative search techniques)
- On a weekly basis, track, analyze, and share pipeline and performance data with recruitment team
- Provides information on the company, its policies, benefits, etc to prospective candidates
- Bachelor’s degree in a general area of study
- 1+ years of sourcing and/or recruiting experience within a fast-paced organization
- Experience sourcing or recruiting in Healthcare industry, prefer Hospital
- Experience verbally screening/interviewing and "selling" opportunities to passive candidates
- Proven track record of success in both pipeline and requisition-based environments
- Understanding of innovative sourcing techniques and practices to identify, engage and land passive representative talent
- Proven track record of working from home successfully
