The Talent Acquisition Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Analyst supports the Talent Acquisition function across the health system. Partners with System Director Talent Acquisition and Talent Acquisition team to configure, optimize, update and maintain the ATS and generate a wide range of recruitment reports and metrics. The Talent Acquisition Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Analyst is responsible for printing out all documents for all new hires for submission to Onboarding for all new hires and transfers. The Talent Acquisition Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Analyst will assist the System Director Talent Acquisition in creating an updated job library across all hospitals and PHP for use in Oracle job model profiles.
- Produces monthly reports and develops ad hoc reports as requested. Ensures reports are accurate and distributed to internal clients in a timely manner.
- Partners with HR Team to ensure that SilkRoad and upcoming Oracle Cloud job library is up to date and necessary changes are completed in a timely manner. Ensures that requests have appropriate approval and notifies all appropriate stakeholders when updated.
- Proactively reviews and analyzes SilkRoad and upcoming Oracle Cloud recruitment process. Troubleshoots and resolves system issues using available resources. Maintains SilkRoad and upcoming Oracle Cloud templates and addresses workflow issues promptly. Escalates issues as needed.
- Coordinates training for new Recruiters, Hiring Managers and HR team.
- Prints all documents for submission to Onboarding for all new hires. Handles printing of transfers as backup.
Required:
- Two (2) year of experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or in a HRIS role
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR or recruitment
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Ability to maintain a work pace appropriate to the workload
