Up to $8,000 Sign-On bonus for experienced Physical Therapist / PT

Summary

The Physical Therapist / PT is responsible for evaluation and treatment of inpatients and outpatients upon referral from a physician. The Physical Therapist / PT develops a plan of care for each patient referred and is responsible for its implementation and modification as necessary in accordance with the hospital�s policies and procedures relative to care and treatment of patients.

Education
Minimum: Experience and education must be any combination recognized by the state of Florida for license as a Physical Therapist / PT
Preferred: Masters in Physical Therapy, Bachelor in Physical Therapy or Doctorate in Physical Therapy

Experience
Preferred: One year experience in an acute care hospital as a Physical Therapist / PT. Primarily Adults, but occasional Teenager might need Ortho care.

Other Qualifications
Current Florida Physical Therapist License
Current American Heart Association BLS card

Potential for 4 (10) hour days
