The Social Worker (Program Coordinator) - Health Care for Homeless Veterans (HCHV) is located in the Social Work Services at the Tomah VA Medical Center, Tomah, Wisconsin. The incumbent serves as the clinical lead providing leadership, direction, orientation, coaching/mentoring, in-service training, and staff development activities for HUD VASH team.
