Perspectives Corporation is a leading agency in the State of Rhode Island to deliver quality services to families and children with various disabilities in Home Based Therapeutic Services.

The Clinical Supervisor is the team member primarily responsible for overseeing the HBTS Treatment Plan and reporting on the goals and objectives during renewal and  progress reports as required. The Clinical Supervisor observes and supervises the work of Behavior Specialists. Communicates with all collateral agencies and providers, and keeping all treatment and case records current.

* Master’s Degree in Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work with active licensure in one of the following: independent clinical social worker, clinical social worker, marriage and family therapist, mental health counselor, or psychologist

* Must not have more than 2 moving violations within a 3 year period

* Must have a favorable criminal and DCYF background check

* Must have reliable transportation

* Must have experience working with children with special healthcare needs

* Ability to analyze and collect data

* Considerable knowledge of clinical treatments, trends, and resources for children with special healthcare needs

* Bilingual Spanish (or Portuguese)/English encouraged to apply
