We are seeking an energetic, organized and compassionate leader to head our dynamic health care team as the Director of Nursing. The DON will oversee all health programs and services in our 5-star SNF, which is comprised of 69 beds, 20 of which are Medicare certified. Our Skilled Nursing team is both large and diverse, providing excellent support for our valued residents! We are made up of RCMs, MDS coordinators, IP Nurses, a Director of Staff Development, RNs, LVNs, CNAs, a social service coordinator, medical records tech, and a staffing coordinator. Wages: $126000 - $148000 / annually DOE

About you:  

• Registered and active Nursing license (RN).
• Leadership experience in a long term care facility.
• Previous Director of Nursing experience preferred.
• Current and valid CPR.
