Social Worker/ Case Manager

Scope: We are seeking a Christ-loving, compassionate, service-oriented professional to serve alongside our clinical team in providing the best tools and resources for our virtual care system patients.  Utilize your skills and life to increase your service to Jesus Christ by working alongside us in saving babies and souls.

Reports To: Director of Clinical Services

Social Worker Location: Houston, Texas
 
A Little About Us: Pre-Born! is a national grant-maker exclusively for pregnancy clinics across the U.S. (and a few beyond)! We empower clinics through providing training, consultation, and equipment to help rescue babies from abortion and bring mothers and their families to the saving knowledge of Christ.

Duties: 
Collaborate with a clinical team comprised of Registered Nurses, Licensed Clinical Social Worker and the like
Empower patients to make informed choices
Establish and maintain productive and professional relationships while respecting the independence of patients
Provide support services and referrals within the client’s community
Maintain relationships with key support referral service partners
Provide a compassionate and safe environment for education, support and best practices
Utilizes EMR system for documentation

Qualifications:   
  
Personal, growing relationship with Jesus Christ. 
Agreement with and adherence to Pre-Born!’s Statement of Faith and Code of Christian Conduct
100% pro-life 
Willingness to intercede before God for the ministry of Pre-Born!
Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Health and Human Services, or related field.  
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
Minimum one year experience preferred in hospital, home health setting, or case management.
Spanish speaking preferred, but not required

Through the generous hearts of our ministry friends, Pre-Born! assists pregnancy clinics in fulfilling their mission through grants of the following: Underwriting ultrasound sessions for young mothers. Cash grants for new ultrasound machines. Grants of reconditioned ultrasound machines. Nurse training for clinics using RDMS certified instructors.
