The Social Worker-Residential Rehabilitation and Treatment Programs Care management responsibilities include the management, coordination, and provision of social work and supportive services to Veterans and/or their families, including provision of individual and group therapy to Veterans for issues related to military sexual trauma, substance use disorders, and general mental health issues as well as other complex and diverse psychosocial problems. Basic Requirements: United States Citizenship: Non-citizens may only be appointed when it is not possible to recruit qualified citizens in accordance with VA Policy. Education: Have a master's degree in social work from a school of social work fully accredited by the Council on Social Work Education (CSWE). Graduates of schools of social work
