The Program Coordinator is responsible for leading the M2VA team at the VA medical facility which includes the M2VA Social Work and Nurse Case Managers and TPA(s); ensuring M2VA policies and procedures are in place; and facilitating communication among the M2VA team. The incumbent will provide direct patient care services while managing the daily operations of the program. Have a master's degree in social work from a school of social work fully accredited by the Council on Social Work Education (CSWE). Graduates of schools of social work that are in candidacy status do not meet this requirement until the School of S
