Greater Lakes Mental Healthcare has an immediate need and is seeking an experienced PRN On-call Psychiatric ARNP to join their recovery center. The Recovery Center is a 16 bed Evaluation and Treatment Center located in Parkland WA. This critical position provides psychiatric evaluations, medication management, follow-ups and consultations to individuals admitted to the Recovery Center.Schedule is variable 8:00 - 4:30 pm Call is $200 per nightKnowledge and Skills Needed:Expert knowledge of medications. Experience in community psychiatry. Expertise with adult and geriatric clients. Experience with severely and persistently mentally ill consumers. Ability to work well with a multi-disciplinary staff. Basic computer and keyboard skills. Should possess excellent assessment, evaluation, and clinical skills. Experience with behavioral health care accreditation standards is desirable.Education and/or Experience:This position requires a WA State Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) license with prescriptive authority, Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) license with schedule 2 - 5 endorsement, and American Nurse Credentialing Center (ANCC) certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) or retired certifications in adult, child, or family psychiatry.For more information please contact Kate Loos at kate.loos@multicare.org
