The HCHV Social Work Supervisor is responsible for all administrative and clinical functions related to managing HCHV staff. The Supervisor establishes guidelines and performance expectations for staff, which are clearly communicated through the formal employee performance management system. Incumbents workload will consists of 50% administrative and 50% Clinical work load.The Supervisor regularly observes employees' performance and demonstrates, as well as conducts work performance conferences. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
