We have the following open positions:
LCSW - Wellness & Pain Management - Full Time (32 hours/week) LCSW - Primary Care Clinics - Full Time (40 hours/week) LCSW or LCPC - School Based Therapist - Full Time (40 hours/week) LCSW or LCPC - Inpatient Behavioral Health - PRN (scheduled as needed)
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology or related counseling field required.
Current Montana LCSW licensure required (or before hire date) *LCPC considered for School-based and behavioral health, and Outpatient Children's Clinic.
Current CPR certification required as applicable to assigned area(s).
Possess knowledge of evidenced based practice and experience in assessment, crisis assessment, brief therapies, and clinical case management preferred.
Ability to analyze, intervene and evaluate a range of psychosocial theory and methods as applicable to assigned area(s).
Possess knowledge of cultural, ethnic, social, historical and spiritual issues relevant to the provision of mental health treatment as applicable to assigned area(s) preferred.
Additional requirements as applicable to assigned area(s):
Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in mental health treatment programs or substance abuse.
Possess a working knowledge of: Psychiatry, Psychology, Social Work, and/or Education.
De-escalation training successfully obtained within one (1) year of hire.
Experience and/or knowledge of behavioral health disorders and treatment modalities.
Excellent organizational skills, detail-oriented, a self-starter, possess critical thinking skills and be able to set priorities and function as part of a team as well as independently.
Commitment to working in a team environment and maintaining confidentiality as needed.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to communicate effectively with various audiences.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy.
Possess and maintain computer skills to include working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn other software as needed.
Job Specific Duties:
Triages referrals from providers and ensures on-going liaison occurs with stakeholders as applicable to assigned area(s).
Performs initial and comprehensive assessments, including diagnostic evaluation, risk assessment, behavioral systems, level of care need, and other information necessary to determine treatment as applicable to assigned area(s).
Performs as part of a multi-disciplinary treatment team, provides consultation, and education services as applicable to assigned area(s).
Coordinates patient transitions into services and discharges from treatment as applicable to assigned area(s). Coordinates care, admissions, and/or referrals with appropriate stakeholders as applicable to assigned area(s).
Completes progress notes and documentation in EMR for services provided to patient per department protocol and as applicable to assigned area(s).
As applicable to assigned area(s): Provides individual, group, and family therapy, clinical case management, and outreach services in an effort to fulfill the patient’s treatment goals, wellness and recovery; Participates in development of individual and/or group treatment plans utilizing a variety of brief psychotherapeutic, psychosocial and/or psychoeducational modalities.
Provides crisis management as applicable to assigned area(s).
Works with medical, clinical and support staff to arrange, mobilize, utilize, and coordinate a comprehensive range of community resources that effectively meet the identified patient and family needs as applicable to assigned area(s).
Serves as a patient advocate and liaison with physicians and other healthcare professionals as applicable to assigned area(s).
Complies with the legal and regulatory laws, reporting, and practice standards within scope of practice.
As applicable to assigned area(s): performs the duties of Utilization Review, precertification, concurrent reviews, and retro reviews; completes data collection, call backs, and identified metrics; analyzes data, presents information, identifies trends, and makes recommendations; maintains databases and analytics regarding admissions, resources, etc.
