This position is located within the VA Salt Lake City Health Care System in Salt Lake City, UT and functions as an interdisciplinary team member assisting physicians and personnel in a whole health partnership. The incumbent performs a variety of roles including welcoming and orienting Veterans to Whole Health concepts, offering a variety of points of entry into partnership with the local Whole Health System, and coordinating and connecting to Whole Health resources.
