The Senior Social Worker Virtual Intensive Evaluation & Treatment Program Case Manager works for the James A. Haley Veterans' Hospital and Clinics (JAHVH) in Tampa, Florida, as a direct report to Social Work Service, and is assigned to the Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Program. Will work 3 days per week at MacDill AFB. This position provides care coordination, discharge planning, psychosocial and family support services to veterans, service members, and their family member/caregivers.
