Montefiore’s To Your Health Associate Wellness program provides an integrative approach to employee wellness and wellbeing by working with leadership to create a culture of wellbeing, and through nutrition and exercise programming, mental health programming, and holistic creative wellness programming.
Currently we are seeking a Licensed Creative Arts Therapist (LCAT) specializing in art therapy to lead Montefiore’s employee-focused Creative Wellness Program. This position would report to the Director of Associate Wellness.
In this position, the Creative Wellness Program Manager will:
Lead and oversee experiential programs for associates related to the creative arts, including art-therapy based workshops and activities for the purpose of promoting wellness
Oversee independent contractors and volunteers working with Associate Wellness
Maintain and promote a calendar of Creative Wellness Initiatives for associates across multiple campuses and virtually
Lead strategic planning and development of the Creative Wellness Initiative
Develop and deliver presentations and in-services across Montefiore, including clinical areas
REQUIREMENTS:
The ideal candidate will have:
Experience designing, implementing, and evaluating a broad range of art therapy programs for group and individuals
Experience working across an institution and with leadership to implement and promote wellness initiatives
An M.A in Art Therapy and a Licensed Creative Arts Therapist (LCAT) credential, with a focus in art therapy, or a related field of mental health with relevant experience
Three – 5 years related program management experience, ideally in non-profit or healthcare environments, with excellent communication, writing and organizational skills.
Experience teaching/providing one-on-one and group interaction a plus.
Ability to travel between Montefiore locations, and adjust program implementation based on varying environments
Salary Range: $71,250 - $95,000
