High School Diploma or equivalent required
Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or any other human services field required Two (2) years of inpatient Behavioral Health experience may be considered in lieu of a Bachelor's Degree
One (1) year of direct patient care experience preferred
Obtainment of your Agency Affiliated Counselor Registration (AACR) on or before your first day of employment. If your AACR certification is not in "applied and pending" status within 7 days of hire you will be unable to work until your license becomes active, which can take up to 60 days.
Nursing Assistant Registered (NAR) or C.N.A. required
Basic Life Support Health Care Provider card through American Heart Association, American Red Cross or WA State Dept. of L&I
First aid card through American Red Cross, American Heart Association, WA State Dept. of L&I
Ability to obtain a King County Food Handlers Permit prior to start date
Ability to maintain confidentiality in all matters.
