Schedule: Full Time Days

Shift:  Monday – Friday; 40 hours a week

The role you’ll contribute:

The Regional Director of Clinical Mission Integration is responsible for deploying the developed comprehensive outpatient Mission Alignment, Integration, and Engagement plan to align and engage providers in Adventist Health System’s mission in their assigned region.  This includes monitoring systems to assess program effectiveness and impact on key performance indicators, deploying mission selection, onboarding and relational initiatives, working with local and corporate leadership in establishing provider mission integration plans and coaching providers through mission integration and engagement.

The value you’ll bring to the team:

·         Works with local administration team to customize CMI initiatives for the local entity(ies)

·         Works with AHS Director of Physician Well-Being and Engagement who provides designed, developed program training and resources needed

·         Monitors and reports mission impact through key performance indicators and metrics

·         Manages the CMI Specialists in their assigned territory

·         Participates in Mission Integration Peer Review committees

·         Participates in leadership meetings/committees as requested

The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:

·         Master’s Degree in business or related field or 7+ years providing outpatient practice management support

·         3+ years’ experience working with physicians

·         5+ years Director level experience

·         Relevant advanced degrees or certifications
