The Mental Health & Behavioral Sciences (MHBS) Service Line of the Northern Arizona VA Healthcare System (NAVAHCS), is recruiting to fill two (2) positions, located in Kingman, AZ. The incumbent works as part of the Health Care for Homeless Veterans (HCHV) program, coordinating with community partners and VA domiciliary programs, ensuring coordination between entities are facilitated and Veterans direct care, referral, and follow up is contiguous and based on a continuum of services.
