Home Based Primary Care Assistant Program Director (HBPC) As the HBPC Assistant Program Director, the incumbent works with the HBPC Program Director and Medical Director in planning, establishing, and implementing policies and procedures; performing quality improvement activities, developing individual or group goals and objectives as well as monitoring, operating, evaluating, coordinating and overseeing the day to day operations of the HBPC program.
