Clinical Social Worker
Position: Clinical Social Worker Annual Salary Ranges: Telehealth/Headquarters/Onsite: $94,008 – $123,132 – Licensed $87,384 – $114,456 – Pre-Licensed Clinical Social Workers providing in-person care in an inpatient unit will receive: $108,108 – $141,600 – Licensed $100,488 – $131,628 – Pre-Licensed Recruitment and Retention Bonus for clinicians newly hired with the State of CA and providing in-person care has been restructured to provide a 1% bonus for the first 7 years, increasing by 1% year over year, maxing at a 7% bonus by year 7.
