GENERAL SUMMARY: Under minimal supervision, develops and implements individual and group occupational therapy programs for referred patients. Exercises independent judgment in selection of treatment methodology consistent with professional expertise, attending physician's prescription, and patient assessment for the purpose of restoring and enhancing functional independence. Performs these duties at the Hospital and assigned off-site facilities. Ensures quality and safe delivery of care to patients of all ages.

Qualifications:1. Bachelor's Degree or Master�s Degree in occupational therapy. Eligible for or Licensed as an Occupational Therapist in Massachusetts and Certification by AOTA. Previous experience in mental health field.
2. Three to six months of experience. Preferred experience in Hand Therapy
