In addition to providing direct patient care in the MHC, this LPMHC does have collateral supervisory responsibilities. This LPMHC administratively supervises licensed staff and/or graduates. They direct the development and implementation of services and treatment to patients through their administrative supervision, mentoring, and oversight of assigned clinical staff. The LPMHC supervisor provides direct administrative supervision for LPMHC and LPMHC-I staff assigned to Temple. The incumbent establishes performance standards and ensures employees function at or above acceptable levels.
