Job Description Intensive In-Home Therapy will be provided to children and families who are at risk for placement outside of their home/community or are at risk for hospitalization. The therapist is on-call to the child/family any time. The position requires the therapist to go to the home, school, or other place in the community to meet with the child/family, up to 10 hours per week. Other services will include developing a treatment plan, connecting the family with community resources, behavior interventions and teaching the family the interventions, developing a crisis plan, helping to form or modify an IEP if needed at school, providing intervention strategies for school personnel, and providing any needed service, intervention, or planning that mi
